Justin Haynes has fourteen years of experience in development, consultancy and management positions within digital media businesses such as Oracle, ICL and Inktomi.

Justin has led the design, development and implementation of a number of large-scale projects including the UK’s first interactive TV platform for Open Interactive (now SKY), the Oracle Media Interactive product, and global Internet content distribution networks for providers such as FLAG and TeleGlobe.

As Chief Technical Officer of Kobalt Music Group, a venture-funded music publishing startup, he created and ran a unique online music publishing service that gained a market leading position.

Justin has specified the Arkade and managed the delivery by the current development partner.

When Justin isn’t entrenched in the development of the Arkade he is often working on the long term project of converting his indoor building site into a house.
